The continued movement of the senior wave structure indicates a corrective ABC zigzag shape. The final wave [c] of this configuration is being formed now. Although the wave [c] has not been formed fully yet, its completion is expected in the near future.
The analysis of the wave structure on the lower time interval indicates the development of an upward impulse. The price forms the last wave (v). After its completion, the market may move into a correction.
Thus, DAX 40 continues to move within the ascending wave structure in the medium term. However, this structure has almost been formed already and a price reversal may be seen in the future.
In the current situation, it is worth paying more attention to long positions.
