The continued movement of the senior wave structure indicates a corrective ABC zigzag shape. The final wave [c] of this configuration is being formed now. Although the wave [c] has not been formed fully yet, its completion is expected in the near future.
Lower-degree waves indicate the formation of a downward ABC zigzag. The wave (c) must have already been completed, so the formation of a new wave structure can be expected.
Thus, DAX 40 continues to move within the ascending wave structure in the medium term. However, this structure has almost been formed already and a price reversal may be seen in the future.
In the current situation, it is worth paying more attention to long positions.
